The property is located 2.6 miles from McCarran Airport and approximately 5 miles from the MGM (heart of the Strip). As you enter the Quail Estate, you step into a light, open and inviting entry. The property is an open and inviting floor plan that allows you to glimpse almost every room just from the entry. A spiral stairwell ascends upward where sweeping lines are highlighted by handcrafted custom molding; each area flows seamlessly into the next. Each room is comfortable and inviting; urging you to relax from the moment you walk in. Natural stone and solid wood features warm and highlight each room.

The property's kitchen has been completely renovated with top of the line appliances; including an 8 burner Thermador stove and double oven and Sub-Zero refrigerator and freezer. It also includes every other small appliance and convenience you would expect... 2 microwaves, whisper-quiet dishwasher, blender, kitchen aide mixer, toaster, coffee maker, waffle iron, pots and pans, spices, wine decanter, and so much more. The estate offers 6 bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms. Each bedroom is outfitted with custom bedding, 600 thread count Egyptian cotton sheets, extra pillows of varying thickness, flat panel television, and gorgeous views of the property's private and enclosed courtyards. The master bedroom contains a separate sitting room, walk-in dressing room, massage table, and gorgeous custom en-suite bathroom with a jetted tub and spa shower.

The game room opens up to the bar and showcases a pool table, large, suede, "L" shaped couch, 60" flat screen TV, xBox 360, PS3, DVD player, board games, card games, and anything else to entertain. The poker table sits just around the corner; perfect for practice before a big night in the casinos. This property is designed for comfort and relaxation and provides everything you need for the perfect escape.

As you wonder outside the house itself, you will find yourself immersed in green (a luxury seldom found in the Las Vegas desert). The property is surrounded by 8 foot block columns and a custom wrought-iron fence. Honeysuckle and glossy privet hedges entwine the iron to provide a green shield from the rest of the world. Inside the gates you will find over 14,000 square feet of tumbled pavered patio space, including an outdoor family room, living room, and dining area; each area equipped with comfy patio furniture perfect for chatting, relaxing, and soaking up the sun.

As your stay begins, your group will be picked up from the airport by limousine and brought to the estate. Once at the Quail Estate, you will be greeted by a personal host who will help you get settled and show you around the property. Your personal butler will arrive each day between 11am and 3pm to make sure that you have everything you need: make the beds, straighten up the property, refresh linens as needed, make reservations, answer questions, and more.
